Here at The Whisky Way we aim to deliver your bottle(s) to the best standards possible, thats why we use the best packaging to make sure that your bottle(s) arrives to you undamged and to your satifaction.
We want you to enjoy your purchase as soon as possible but please be aware that it may take up to 14 working days from receiving your payment before we are able to dispatch the items.
Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery by the buyer or someone of legal age.
Collection is available by appointment only and after 11.ooam Mon-Sat. If you wish to use this service please contact us by Email to make an appointment.
Proof of purchase and identification will be required on arrival.
UK & EU Price list
All shipping incures 20% VAT which is included in the prices shown.
For all other worldwide shipping please contact us for a quote via Email.
If you are from the U.S please check that your state allows shipments of alcohol before you place a bid.
Unfortunately due to current laws we are unable to ship to.
Damage & Breakage cover is available with a cost of 3% of the final hammer price.
On reciving delivery please check for damp or any signs of damage. If damage is found then please refuse delivery and contact The Whisky Way with a description and photos of the damage.
Please note, we are unable to offer any sort of refund for damaged items that do not have Damage & Breakage cover.
